Fine Animal Gorilla is the first CD of it's kind. Known and loved by millions the world over, Koko is the only gorilla in the world who has learned to communicate with human beings (and musicians) through the use of sign language. Fine Animal Gorilla (Koko's name for herself) is a unique collaboration between the Laurel Canyon Animal Co., the Gorilla Foundation and Koko. Most of the song lyrics on this CD are taken from conversations with Koko. She personally reviewed versions of each song before the recordings were finalized.
