The HATCHBAG® CARGO LINER is a tough and durable liner which is custom fitted to your sport utility vehicle (SUV), station wagon, or mini-van. Made of heavy duty vinyl coated nylon fabric, your HATCHBAG® CARGO LINER will keep dirt, grime, spills and scratches off your vehicle interior. You can carry just about anything without worrying about damaging the interior of your vehicle, keeping your vehicle “showroom” clean.
Made out of 16 ounce industrial strength, vinyl coated fabric that is skid resistant, waterproof, stain resistant, and easy to install and remove with velcro type fasteners. The velcro fasteners are on all of the models except for the versions for the 2007 automobiles. For the 2007 automobiles there are hooks and tabs: hooks between the molding and the window, and tabs that slide down the windows between the glass and rubber molding. Neither of these fastener systems will damage the vehicle in any way.

Our cargo liner is easy to install using hook and loop type fasteners. First, it is very important to prepare the surface of the side wall molding for placement of the non-permanent adhesives, then apply the adhesives, wait 24 hours for the adhesive to reach the maximum bond to the molding and you are ready to place the cargo liner in your vehicle.
To Clean your Hatchbag cargo liner, simply spray and wipe down with a household cleaner. If you choose to hose the liner down, make sure all the fabric binding is completely dry before replacing it in the vehicle.

For vehicle models introduced since the 2007 model year, we have a NEW hook/tab fastening system that slides between your window and the interior molding. Optional Twist Lock Mounting Hardware for the Velcro Fastening System
The TwistLock mounting kit is heavy duty alternative to the traditional "hook-and-loop" fastening mechanism for Hatchbag® Cargo area Liners. This fastening kit makes installation and removal of your Hatchbag® Cargo Liner a breeze. Installation of the kit is as simple as using the included screws to fasten the TwistLock unit to your vehicle and them snapping the 2-piece grommets onto the hatchbag to match up with the installed TwistLocks. When installing your Hatchbag® Cargo Liner the grommets simply slip over the TwistLock unit and lock in place by a quick twist. To remove your Hatchbag® cargo liner, twist the unit again and slide the grommet off. It's fast, easy and extremely durable!
Comes in four basic sizes/configurations:
- Regular Cargo Area with the 2nd seat in place
- Full Cargo Area with the 2nd seat folded down
- SUVs and Mini Vans with a 3rd seat and that 3rd seat is folded down or out

Helpful Hints and Information for the HatchBag Custom Fit Cargo Liners
- There are several different types of fastening systems on our cargo liners. Each cargo liner is unique.
- New hook/tab fasteners are on all 2007+ model years. These insert between the window and interior molding.
- For hook & loop fasteners (Velcro) it is critical to prepare the surface of molding before attaching the adhesives. The newer the vehicle, the more careful you must be in removing the silicone from the surface of the plastic/vinyl molding. TIPS: Use a clean cloth and wipe each area where an adhesive patch will be placed. Clean 6-7 times at each location using a clean area of cloth with lacquer thinner and wiping just a few seconds. This will soften the silicone and lift a little off with each treatment. If the adhesive does not adhere to the surface, then all the silicone was not removed. Repeat the cleaning instructions again... You can order more adhesives from us for no charge.
- Our PetNet fasteners are a dual lock system with one adhesive part (the circle and square pieces snap together for a permanent lock). Follow the tips for cleaning the surface molding.
- CLEANING: This is very critical and the newer the vehicle, the more careful you must be in removing the silicone from the surface of the plastic/vinyl. Use a clean cloth and wipe each area where an adhesive patch will adhere. Clean 6-7 times at each location using a clean area of cloth with lacquer thinner and wiping just a few seconds. This will soften the silicone and lift a little off with each treatment. If the adhesive does not adhere to the surface, then all this silicone was not removed. - REMOVING Adhesives - The velcro type adhesives that mount to the vehicle are not permanent. There are no epoxies, glues or dyes. When you are ready to remove them permanently, any residue that remains can be easily removed with any household cleaner. We have found that using a solution of hot soapy water (powdered detergent works the best) does a good job. You will never know they were there, but the interior of your vehicle will look just the same as when you drove it off the dealers lot!
- We have found that loosening the plastic molding that holds the carpet down in the back and slipping the end of the liner under this piece and tightening it back down, holds the liner in place and keeps any dirt, sand, or grit from working underneath.
- If you are using your cargo area to slide crates or boxes in and out, you may want to put 3 strips of the hook(hard) side of a velcro type fastener on the bottom of the liner and press it into the carpet to keep the liner from slipping when sliding items in and out -- 3 Pieces cut the width of the bottom and placed on bottom of liner spaced evenly from front to back will give a good secure hold.

"I purchased your liner in 1993 for a 1993 2500 4x4 Suburban. It's still in use. We have not been kind to this product. It's been in this truck 24 and 7. To date there are no tears, no sewing problems, and I even had an upholstery shop cut holes in it for the cargo hooks and rear air conditioning vents! It's been high pressured washed literally hundreds of times. It made on trip to Alaska and back with 2,000 pounds of cargo on top of it. "Several years ago I purchased a Hatchbag for my 1994 S-10 Blazer 4 dr. It has been great! My Labrador Retriever "Hershey" has really enjoyed being able to go for a swim and not have to worry about messing up the interior.
Due to the wear and tear of two toddlers, along with "Hershey's" loose fur sticking to the Velcro, our Hatchbag isn't staying in place like it once did. I am writing to inquire about obtaining replacement attachments as well as cords to hold the PetNet in place. I basically need all new attachers. The vinyl and net have held up remarkably well!
I would also like some information on purchasing a new Hatchbag. Next summer we are planning on purchasing a Chevy Tahoe. I would like to know if you have a model to fit this vehicle, [Yes we do] if there is, how I can order one and its approximate cost.
